Class Descriptions

Choreographed Cardio - After a ten minute warm-up that includes static stretching and upper body toning, get ready to enjoy a fast paced aerobic workout that can be done either high or low impact. Work at an increased heart rate for 30 to 40 minutes more and then begin to cool down.  Class closes with toning, crunches and relaxation.

Cardio/Sculpt - This class helps you get the most out of your workout with a choreographed cardio warm-up and cool-down and lets you enjoy heart pumping sculpting exercises for an additional 30 to 45 minutes in between.

Body Sculpting - This hour long weight training class focuses on form, posture and increasing lean body mass by using weights to work the entire body.

Belly Dance - Learn the sensuous art of belly dance and get fit by working the entire body.  This class explores the essentials for the belly dancer; posture, basic rhythms and graceful arm, hand and veil movements.

Pilates - Orignally designed by Joseph Pilates, this class focuses on core strengthening as well as posture and allignment.  Increasingly difficult moves will help you feel stronger, stand straighter and feel more powerful yet graceful.

Yoga - Explore yogic poses and asanas to calm and strengthen the body in a non-competitive environment. Yoga helps restore flexibility that is diminished with age, eases tensions as well as strengthens the body.

Pi-Yo - Get the best of Pilates and Yoga in one great one hour class.  This class focuses on proper form in both exercise disciplines and mixes the best moves for an exhilarating class.

Absolutely Abs - Focus on the core and strengthen the entire body in this fast-paced 30 minute class.  The workout alternates back, side and abdominal strengthening to stabilize the trunk, improve posture and create a trimmer waistline.
